The spa and wellness centre offered an incredible full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the staff were super friendly and made me feel at home. the location was good for getting around the city, and the food at the restaurant was pretty tasty. my standard queen room was clean and comfy enough, which made my stay nicer. they helped me find local restaurants and called me a driver when i needed one. overall, felt nice to be there!

but the check-in process was confusing, and i had some issues with room service taking too long. also, had a very stressful experience with getting the keys.
